Executive Coaching – At this level, we know there is a lot of drive, grit and excitement. We also know that these roles come with high expectations and can be demanding and lonely.
We provide an experienced coach that the executive can trust, someone who has no agenda and can be an objective sounding board for the client.
Our coaching causes executives to delve deep into the current situation, become more open to different perspectives and take action when required. It also encourages short term- actions to be transformed to long-term actions and/or newly developed habits.

Leadership Coaching – Aspiring or newly appointed leaders often know their industry and have a strong technical background. We support leaders in unlocking their potential in relation to self-awareness, self-management and people management.
Seasoned leaders are more likely to require enhancement of their current abilities and to take their skills to the next level. Some areas of coaching sought by more experienced leaders have included reassessing their leadership style, managing challenging people or scenarios, and enhancing presentation skills. In each case, our coaching is very much individually tailored, with an agreed destination at initial stages.

We have worked with teams on goal setting and measurement of objectives, improving interpersonal communication, dealing with conflict and ensuring effectiveness from the start of newly appointed teams.
